Join us today!
Wallkill Ambulance and our community need your help. There has never been a better or more necessary time to support our mission. Consider volunteering to support your community in Emergency Medical Services.
You’ll gain new skills and experiences, help your community, and become part of a team devoted to helping others.
Here are some ways you can help:
Driver

As a driver you will operate the ambulance, assist our EMTs on scene, and provide clear, accurate radio communication to dispatchers and other agencies.
EMT

Emergency Medical Technicians are New York State Certified EMS professionals. EMTs are the primary patient care provider on the ambulance. Current and prospective EMTs are always encouraged to join our team.
Attendant

As an attendant you’ll help the EMT and driver in all aspects of the emergency call. This is a great way to learn the ropes on your way to becoming a driver or EMT.
Social Members

Not interested in riding in the ambulance, but still want to help? We need people to help us raise donations, keep members engaged, and promote the mission of Wallkill Ambulance!
